Call (928) 291-4564If you call us or submit the form on this site, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email if you provide one, and whatever you tell us about your home. If you call, the call may be recorded for quality and for keeping an accurate record of what was discussed.
We use it to respond to you about your repair, to schedule and perform work, and to follow up about that work. That is the whole list.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not pass it to marketers.
If you give us your mobile number we may text you about your job — scheduling, arrival, follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages; that will not affect our ability to do your work, and we will simply call you instead.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how people find and use it — which pages get visited, which town or region visitors come from, roughly, and how they arrived (a Google search, a link, and so on). To do that, Google may set cookies in your browser and receive your visit under its own privacy policy. We look at this in aggregate to decide what to write more of; we do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not run any advertising or retargeting trackers.
Our quote form and the chat button in the corner are provided by our customer management system (LeadConnector / GoHighLevel). When you submit the form or start a chat, what you type goes to that system, where we read it and respond. Loading those features means your browser contacts their servers, and they may set cookies under their own privacy policy. If you would rather not use either one, the phone number works just as well and is on every page.
Our service areas page embeds a Google map. When that page loads the map, your browser contacts Google directly, and Google may set cookies or log the request under its own privacy policy — the same as if you had opened Google Maps yourself. We do not receive anything from it and we do not use it to track you.
That is the full list of outside services this site loads: Google Analytics, the quote form and chat button, and the one map on the service areas page. There are no advertising or retargeting trackers anywhere on it.
